Here is the list of all entrants and the winners...
This isn't finished yet. It has taken me a long time to get this far, I'll be updating it more with the rest of the information shortly.
Sorry to keep you waiting for so long! Here are the winners! I'll update with what steps everyone did as soon as I can find the time. I have two exams this week, and I've been studying.
Honorable Mention goes to:
rrss for the best crop (look how it draws attention to her face) as well as best eyes (personal prefrence, also check out the eyes in mjw's entry).
dinosk probably had best overall saturation, but the removal of all blemishes was unnecessary, as I personally feel that they are defining features...
For Third Place:
mbarnas-sn *and* mjw
For Second Place:
nsoup *and* csp
Overall winner is Maffu! (The first photo) He did a fine job with the color correction, as well as cloned out some of the distracting bright marks in the background.
Oh, and before I forget... the smartass award goes to...

For the pupil part where you say "Draw circle and feather 1 px," the tutorial is not clear.
Do not use the Shape tool. Instead, use the Elliptical Marquee tool and draw a circle. Then in the upper menu, go to Select > Modify > Feather. Choose 1px.
Then you can use the Paint Bucket tool to fill with black.
