Online tutorials about shooting fireworks

The rain in Spain fell mainly on the plain, but in the Northeastern United States it fell Wednesday (July 4, 2007) mainly on the fireworks. Thunderstorms and tornado warnings plagued American Independence Day celebrations, particularly in Mid-Atlantic states. Because many municipalities cancelled or delayed their pyrotechnic displays until the coming weekend, budding fireworks photographers still have time to perfect their techniques.

Purr-fect pictures in pink

When Pink Kitty Studios opened five years ago in Los Angeles, its owners billed it as photography by women for women. They pledged to use only female photographers to shoot only beauty pics of other females, and created a niche market in selling pin-up shots of military wives as keepsakes for their soldiers overseas. The idea caught on.

For the pupil part where you say "Draw circle and feather 1 px," the tutorial is not clear.

Do not use the Shape tool. Instead, use the Elliptical Marquee tool and draw a circle. Then in the upper menu, go to Select > Modify > Feather. Choose 1px.

Then you can use the Paint Bucket tool to fill with black.
