Is this your answer to this post?

Hmm.. seems like the conflict has been answered. Good tutorial. Very well managed with the step by step.

But be more careful next time, try not to create an artwork very similar to one that has been already existing.

I've seen your gallery, and I'm very much impressed.

Regards.

I believe the correct term is NOT "Mac OS X" but "Aqua"... nice attempt, btw.

I use corel alll the time, but didn't even think to cinvert the transparency effect to bitmap to get a multi angle lens effect - very good!
Thanks

why don't you use Adobe illustrator?
it is fine, like a feather.
I hope you learn and use it.

For the pupil part where you say "Draw circle and feather 1 px," the tutorial is not clear.

Do not use the Shape tool. Instead, use the Elliptical Marquee tool and draw a circle. Then in the upper menu, go to Select > Modify > Feather. Choose 1px.

Then you can use the Paint Bucket tool to fill with black.
