If you have requested permission...

When you contact me to request perission, it sends me an email with a reply address which- according to TOS you must have on file- I would be able to reply to.

If your email is:
1.) Outdated
2.) Not specified

Then you wont get a response from me, because the email either wasn't able to connect to you or it was bounced back.

I am pretty timely on responding! Also, please try and make sure your sxc email is up to date so you don't have to include an email address in the body of your request.
"Please respond to this address instead"
Reason being- I get a LOT of requests daily not to mention a lot of the other stuff I have to do.

Thank you for noting this and taking it to heart! I really am here to help and my restrictions are one of my only safety measures I have here.

For the pupil part where you say "Draw circle and feather 1 px," the tutorial is not clear.

Do not use the Shape tool. Instead, use the Elliptical Marquee tool and draw a circle. Then in the upper menu, go to Select > Modify > Feather. Choose 1px.

Then you can use the Paint Bucket tool to fill with black.
