My rules are simple, you can use ANY and ALL my images without my permission where ever and how ever you want (as long as you don't say that you've made them xD ), and if you can credit me in any way that would be appreciated :)
Thank you all for using and choosing my images.
Please Rate/Comment and if you can provide me with the link to the site or images where you have used my image i would be happy to see them there :) so leave the links in the comments.

For the pupil part where you say "Draw circle and feather 1 px," the tutorial is not clear.

Do not use the Shape tool. Instead, use the Elliptical Marquee tool and draw a circle. Then in the upper menu, go to Select > Modify > Feather. Choose 1px.

Then you can use the Paint Bucket tool to fill with black.
