Why am I sharing these pictures?

posted by romychamo, Feb 24, 2006 8:20 PM — 6 comments

I've been a sxc member for a while now, and it's been really useful when it comes to find photos for college assignments, personal stuff or even for work.

And I thought that it would be nice to give something in return; that's why I'm sharing pictures with you, with no usage restrictions.

I hope you find them useful for your projects, or at least nice to look at.

Please, please, please, follow the rules on my profile. I think they're just a few and easy to understand and follow.

Thanks for reading and for looking at my photos! ^_^

I think it's graet that you choose to share your works with other people at no cost.

And ignore normanhogg; at least you're sharing something, right?

:)

Muy buena tu intención, y mejor tu respuesta a normanhogg. Felicitaciones por compartir imágenes.

thanks for sharing. Your pictures are great. I'm using the profile shot as a reference drawing for some lessons I'm writing on drawing the face. I'll credit it to you and send you the link.

I must upload some of my photos one of these days. This is a terrific resource.

Helen

For the pupil part where you say "Draw circle and feather 1 px," the tutorial is not clear.

Do not use the Shape tool. Instead, use the Elliptical Marquee tool and draw a circle. Then in the upper menu, go to Select > Modify > Feather. Choose 1px.

Then you can use the Paint Bucket tool to fill with black.
