My Photo On A Billboard!

But I never ever thought that I would see one of my photos on a billboard, ever!!



heeheehee...
I love it! Its used to advertise a church, so its kind of saying, get your a** out of bed and get to church! I think its a great use for it, and I like that they introduced humour into the very serious subject of religion..
Anyway, its cool, and Im happy!
And heres the photo:

His name is Ross, and he's currently sporting this seasons 'fro!!! He's more photogenic without hair, which might have been his cunning plan to get the camera out of his face!! :)

For the pupil part where you say "Draw circle and feather 1 px," the tutorial is not clear.

Do not use the Shape tool. Instead, use the Elliptical Marquee tool and draw a circle. Then in the upper menu, go to Select > Modify > Feather. Choose 1px.

Then you can use the Paint Bucket tool to fill with black.
