A classic autumn shot of a wee boy (mine actually) playing in the leaves, an exercise in futility, a duotoned self-portrait with a twist, and a play on the Two Towers. If they get approved of course (big if!)

Amazing work, I particularly like the abandoned cottage series (Past Lives), I saw a comment that you have a movie file of this, I would really like to see this if possible.

For the pupil part where you say "Draw circle and feather 1 px," the tutorial is not clear.

Do not use the Shape tool. Instead, use the Elliptical Marquee tool and draw a circle. Then in the upper menu, go to Select > Modify > Feather. Choose 1px.

Then you can use the Paint Bucket tool to fill with black.
