20K and climbing
posted by CWMGary, Nov 16, 2006 8:28 PM — 0 commentsWow, I recently posted three photos of Christmas presents that have been a huge hit on SXC. Within two weeks, they are well over 1K each! Thanks for the downloads! Ihope you enjoy the pictures. Those high numbers also pushed me over 20K!
I'm glad folks are enjoying the pictures I'm posting... don't forget to leave comments though, good AND bad - the bad comments help me to improve the quality too... see something you think could be improved, please note it, even if it's just your humble opinion.
Thanks to SXC for all the fun that is their web site and the opportunity to share our work/hobby with other people so that they can enjoy it too!

For the pupil part where you say "Draw circle and feather 1 px," the tutorial is not clear.
Do not use the Shape tool. Instead, use the Elliptical Marquee tool and draw a circle. Then in the upper menu, go to Select > Modify > Feather. Choose 1px.
Then you can use the Paint Bucket tool to fill with black.
