Branding Should Not Be There ???

Brand Puma is absolutely visible here and a no. of times pics have been rejected for showing company logos and brands.

Yep, that's correct, but check the date of upload - Dec 30, 2003. Long time back and nobody took care of branding that days I guess...

I had an image rejected of a vintage car I took, only because I used the word Porsche. I only put it on so people would know what it was, but it was binned!! Strangely enough, there are hundreds of images with cars that display the make and model!!

my lamborghini pic was rejected saying copyrighted material. and It had no branding either...
the rules are only getting tougher.

For the pupil part where you say "Draw circle and feather 1 px," the tutorial is not clear.

Do not use the Shape tool. Instead, use the Elliptical Marquee tool and draw a circle. Then in the upper menu, go to Select > Modify > Feather. Choose 1px.

Then you can use the Paint Bucket tool to fill with black.
